- the content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.
9.2 By submitting content, you grant Caucasus Elite Estate a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, reproduce, translate, and distribute such content on the Site and in our marketing materials, for the duration of its publication and a reasonable period thereafter.
9.3 We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review, edit, refuse, or remove any user-submitted content at our sole discretion.
